With a cumulative experience of five decades in property development, office retrofitting, hospitality/accommodation services (, and security services, we have responded to a vital need for emergency and long-term accommodation across Ireland. Our background includes extensive experience in hotel and pub construction and renovation, which has informed our ability to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose accommodation solutions.

Having provided accommodation primarily in the private sector for many years, we have recently extended our reach to include individuals in vulnerable situations who require supported living arrangements.

Awarded Irish Government accommodation contracts for our buildings, we are expanding our footprint in Ireland and aim to offer the same services in the UK. In response to the growing shortage of available bed spaces and the increasing issue of homelessness, we have retrofitted several office and school buildings for government use as emergency accommodation.
